In-Mold
Decorating (IMD) is a technology by which parts
and trim are decorated during the molding cycle.
Dorrie International has developed a family of IMD
products using films manufactured in conjunction
with GE Plastics. The multilayer
films can be formed, injection-molded, cut and
printed. Most laminates are based on LEXAN® polycarbonate
films manufactured by GE Plastics. Click
